Why am I required to make a deposit?
If you only knew how much this protects us. When we collect a deposit it communicates to us that our time together is important to you. It lets us know you’ve read our cancelation policy and we can count on you to arrive. One benefit is once the day comes, half of your service is already paid.
Can I get a refund on my deposit?
Of course you can! As long as you give 24 hr. notice.
If I book online and it takes a deposit, how do I reschedule online if I need to make changes?
Your deposit follows your appointment, so if you move it with 24 hrs notice, it moves with it.
