Starting from New Talent-Level 1 and slightly increasing by experience all the way up to Lead Stylist-Level 5

WE RESPECTFULLY ASK YOU TO PROVIDE US 24 HR NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS ALLOWS OTHER GUESTS TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT DURING THIS TIME SLOT. IF 24 HR NOTICE IS GIVEN, YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND OR APPLY PREVIOUS DEPOSIT TO FUTURE APPOINTMENT.

IF NOTICE IS GIVEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR DEPOSIT TAKEN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL GO TO YOUR STYLIST TO COMPENSATE FOR THEIR TIME.
